摘要
目的:观察回授法健康宣教护理在1型脆性糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法:选取83例1型脆性糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按入院先后时间不同将其分为研究组42例与对照组41例。对照组采用常规健康宣教护理,研究组采用回授法健康宣教护理,比较两组护理前后血糖指标[空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)]水平、自护行为评分和心理状况[抑郁-焦虑-压力量表中文简版(DASS-21)]评分。结果:护理后,研究组FBG、2hPG水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组饮食与运动、遵医嘱用药、自我监测、并发症预防等自护行为评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组DASS-21评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:回授法健康宣教护理应用于1型脆性糖尿病患者可提高自护行为评分,以及降低血糖指标水平和DASS-21评分,其效果优于常规健康宣教护理。
Objective:To observe application effects of feedback method health education nursing on patients with type 1 brittle diabetes.Methods:83 patients with type 1 brittle diabetes were selected as the research objects,and were divided into study group(42 cases)and control group(41 cases)according to the time of admission.The control group used routine health education nursing,while the study group was given the feedback method health education nursing.The blood glucose index levels[fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2hPG)],the self-care behavior score,and the depression-anxiety-stress scale(DASS-21)score were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:After the nursing,the levels of FBG and 2hPG in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the self-care behaviors such as diet and exercise,medication compliance,self-monitoring,and prevention of complications in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the DASS-21 score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The feedback method health education nursing for the patients with type 1 brittle diabetes can improve the self-care behavior score,and reduce the blood glucose index levels and the DASS-21 score.Moreover,it is superior to routine health education nursing.
