基于老年综合评估的护理在老年脑梗死恢复期患者中的应用效果

Application effects of comprehensive geriatric assessment-based nursing on elderly patients with cerebral infarction during recovery period

目的:观察基于老年综合评估的护理在老年脑梗死恢复期患者中的应用效果。方法:选取92例老年脑梗死恢复期患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各46例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用基于老年综合评估的护理,比较两组护理前、出院时、出院后1个月日常生活活动能力[Barthel指数(BI)评定量表]评分、生命质量[脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)]评分。结果:出院时、出院后1个月,两组BI评分和SS-QOL评分均高于护理前,且观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上应用基于老年综合评估的护理可提高老年脑梗死恢复期患者BI评分和SS-QOL评分,效果优于单纯常规护理。

Objective:To observe application effects of comprehensive geriatric assessment-based nursing on elderly patients with cerebral infarction during recovery period.Methods:92 elderly patients with cerebral infarction during the recovery period were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by using the random number table method,each with 46 cases.The control group adopted routine nursing,while the observation group was given the comprehensive geriatric assessment-based nursing.The scores of activities of daily living[Barthel index(BI)scale]and the quality of life[stroke-specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL)]score were compared between the two groups before the nursing,at discharge,and 1 month after discharge.Results:The BI scores and the SS-QOL scores of the two groups at discharge and 1month after discharge were higher than those before the nursing;those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of routine nursing,the comprehensive geriatric assessment-based nursing can improve the BI scores and the SS-QOL scores of the elderly patients with cerebral infarction during the recovery period.Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
