优质护理在人工种植牙口腔修复患者中的应用效果

Application effects of high-quality nursing in oral restorations of patients with dental implants

目的:观察优质护理在人工种植牙口腔修复患者中的应用效果。方法:选取116例行人工种植牙口腔修复的患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各58例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施优质护理,比较两组遵医依从性、并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果:观察组遵医依从性评分为(6.72±0.14)分,高于对照组的(6.16±0.38)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为5.17%,低于对照组的17.24%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组服务态度、健康教育、护理业务水平、沟通充分和人文关怀等护理满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理应用于人工种植牙口腔修复患者,可提升遵医依从性和护理满意度,降低并发症发生率,效果优于常规护理。

Objective:To observe application effects of high-quality nursing in oral restorations of patients with dental implants.Methods:116 patients who underwent artificial dental implants for oral restorations were selected as the research objects,and t were divided into control group and observation group according to a random number table,58 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,while the observation group was given the high-quality nursing.The medical compliance,the complication rate and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The compliance score of the observation group was(6.72±0.14)points,which was higher than(6.16±0.38)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.17%,which was lower than 17.24%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction scores such as service attitude,health education,nursing professional level,adequate communication and humanistic care of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The high-quality nursing for the patients with dental implants for oral restorations can improve the compliance and the nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of complications.Moreover,it is superior to the conventional nursing.
