上海市群众体育“社区化”特点、经验与启示

Characteristics,Experience and Inspirations on the Development of Community-Based Mass Sports in Shanghai

运用案例分析法、专家访谈法等,研究上海市群众体育“社区化”特点、发展经验及启示。上海群众体育开展主要以社区为阵地、抓手、载体,在社区层面建设群众身边的体育设施、培育群众身边的体育组织、开展群众身边的活动赛事。发展经验:打造呈环状分布的体育设施结构体系,探索基层群众体育组织实体化路径,搭建体育活动及赛事一体化服务平台。启示:以场地建设为基础夯实群众体育可持续发展,以组织改革为抓手推进群众体育多元化发展,以服务优化为宗旨促进群众体育高质量发展。

By using the methods of case study and expert interview,this paper studied the experience and inspirations of the development of community-based mass sports in Shanghai.The mass sports in Shanghai mainly take the community as the front,starting point and carrier to build sports facilities around the masses,cultivate sports organizations around the masses and carry out activities around the masses at the community level.Development experience:It creates a circular distribution of sports facilities structure system,explores the physical path of grassroots mass sports organizations,and builds an integrated service platform for sports activities and competitions.Inspirations:We should consolidate the sustainable development of mass sports on the basis of site construction,promote the diversifi ed development of mass sports on the basis of organizational reform,and promote the high-quality development of mass sports on the purpose of service optimization.
