Review on the Relationship between Sustainable Development and Utilization of Marine Resources and High-quality Development

海洋资源可持续开发利用是推动海洋经济高质量发展、建设海洋强国的首要推动力。近年来,国内外关于海洋资源开发利用与海洋经济发展的研究不断涌现,研究内容日益丰富,研究方法和切入视角不断创新。基于该领域的研究成果,该文从单双向作用关系层面设计海洋资源开发利用与海洋经济高质量发展的研究框架,以文献综述的形式梳理相关研究成果,以期厘清研究脉络、把握最新研究动态和核心观点,并在此基础上探究可进一步研究的方向。

The sustainable development and utilization of marine resources is the primary driving force to promote the high-quality development of marine economy and build a marine power. In recent years, studies on the exploitation and utilization of marine resources and the development of marine economy have been emerging at home and abroad, with increasingly rich research contents and innovative research methods and perspectives. Based on the research achievements in this field, the research framework for the development and utilization of marine resources and the high-quality development of marine economy is designed from the perspective of one-way and two-way interaction relationship, and the relevant research results are combed in the form of literature review, in order to clarify the research context, grasp the latest research trends and core views, and explore the direction for further research on this basis.
