城市居民住宅小区消防安全突出问题及其解决对策

Prominent Problems and Countermeasures of Fire Safety in Urban Residential Quarters

随着国家经济社会的不断发展,人们生活条件不断提高,对住宅小区消防安全关注度也变得越来越高。数据表明,当前城市居民住宅小区消防安全管理中普遍存在消防配套设施不齐全、消防安全宣传不到位等隐患问题,这些问题若不能及时处理,将会对内部人民生活造成影响,威胁到内部人民群众的生命财产安全。该文就居民住宅小区存在的问题提出几点优化、整治措施,希望能够切实解决以往消防安全管理上的问题,进一步保障城市居民住宅小区管理水平。

With the continuous development of national economy and society,people's living conditions continue to improve,and the attention to fire safety in residential areas has become more and more high.The data show that there are many hidden dangers in the fire safety management of urban residential areas,such as incomplete fire supporting facilities and inadequate fire safety publicity.If these problems are not handled in time,they will affect the lives of insiders and threaten the safety of people's lives and property.This paper puts forward some optimization and rectification measures for the problems existing in residential areas,hoping to effectively solve the problems in fire safety management in the past and further ensure the management level of urban residential areas.
