航空复合材料维修专业一体化人才培养路径分析

摘要 随着科技的进步与发展,新型材料朝着复合化方向发展,先进复合材料现作为航空航天结构的基本材料之一,已经得到了推广和应用。复合材料有自身的优势特点,包括其优秀的耐高温特性与耐疲劳特性,还有着较高的比强度与比模量,并且在大面积整体成型方面都具有比较突出的优势。飞机航空课程建设成为高等教育关注的重点。飞机是人类制造业中具有复杂技术要求的产品,这一领域的技术和制造始终在人类科技发展中占据着重要地位。伴随着我国航空业的迅速发展,关于飞机维修、制造、装配等方面人才的培养更成为高校关注的焦点。为了更好地满足航空业对飞机维修、制造等人才的迫切需要,航空复合材料维修课程一体化建设势在必行。 With the progress and development of science and technology, new materials are developing towards the direction of composite. As one of the basic materials of aerospace structures, advanced composites have been popularized and applied. Composite material has its own advantages, including its excellent high temperature resistance and fatigue resistance, as well as high specific strength and specific modulus, and has a more prominent advantage in the overall forming of a large area. The construction of aircraft aviation curriculum has become the focus of higher education. Aircraft is a product with complex technical requirements in human manufacturing industry. Technology and manufacturing in this field always occupy an important position in the development of human science and technology. With the rapid development of China’s aviation industry, the training of aircraft maintenance, manufacturing, assembly and other talents has become the focus of colleges and universities. In order to better meet the urgent needs of aviation industry for aircraft maintenance, manufacturing personnel, aviation composite maintenance course integration is imperative.
