摘要
布洛芬是一种常用的非甾体抗炎药,在水环境中被广泛检出。光解是布洛芬在水中的主要消除方式之一,其光解动力学受水中溶解性物质的影响。通过模拟光解实验,研究腐植酸、双氧水、丙酮、模拟淡水和模拟海水对布洛芬光解动力学的影响。结果表明,低浓度的腐植酸促进了布洛芬的光解,高浓度则抑制了布洛芬的光解。双氧水明显促进了布洛芬的光解,丙酮对布洛芬光解的影响不大。模拟淡水和模拟海水条件下布洛芬的光解速率分别为0.001 72 min~(-1)和0.009 28 min~(-1)。
Ibuprofen is a common nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug,which is widely detected in water environment.Photolysis is one of the main elimination methods of ibuprofen in water,and its photolysis kinetics is affected by soluble substances in water.It studied the effects of humic acid,hydrogen peroxide,acetone,simulated freshwater and simulated seawater on the photolysis kinetics of ibuprofen by simulated photolysis experiments.The results showed that low concentration of humic acid promoted the photolysis of ibuprofen,while high concentration inhibited the photolysis of ibuprofen.Hydrogen peroxide significantly promoted the photolysis of ibuprofen,acetone had little effect on the photolysis of ibuprofen.The photolysis rate of ibuprofen in simulated freshwater and simulated seawater were 0.00172 min^(-1) and 0.00928 min^(-1),respectively.
