基于高端装备制造业的“卓越工匠”人才培养路径研究

Research on the Talent Cultivation Path of “Outstanding Craftsman” Based on High-end Equipment Manufacturing

高端装备制造产业发展亟需大批德技兼修的"卓越工匠"人才。通过分析高端装备制造产业背景下"卓越工匠"人才培养面临的机遇和挑战,从加强产教融合、创新实施特色人才培养模式、构建组合式专业群课程体系、打造多种形式职教"金课"、建立技能大师工作室、加强"工匠之师"培养、加强国际交流与合作等方面,提出高端装备制造业"卓越工匠"人才培养的有效路径,为高端装备制造产业发展提供人才支撑。

The rapid development of high-end equipment manufacturing is in urgent need of large groups of"outstanding craftsman"talents with high morality and skills.This paper analyzes the existing opportunities and challenges in the process of talent cultivation based on high-end equipment manufacturing,and proposes the effective paths of"outstanding craftsman"talent cultivation from the aspects of strengthening the industry-education integration,innovating the application modes of specialized talent cultivation,building the curriculum system of combined-type major groups,creating different forms of vocational"leading courses",setting up the"skilled master workshop",improving the cultivation of"master of craftsman",and boosting the international communication and cooperation so as to provide talent support for the development of high-end equipment manufacturing.
