Role of common myokines in obesity-induced type 2 diabetes

摘要 肥胖2型糖尿病(2型糖尿病,简称T2D)是一种常见的葡萄糖代谢异常疾病,其患病率逐年升高,对人类健康造成巨大的威胁。骨骼肌作为葡萄糖摄取和代谢的重要器官,通过不同的分泌方式释放肌肉因子作用于人体多种组织器官,在调节糖脂代谢的过程中发挥重要作用。该文对常见肌肉因子的发展及其对T2D糖脂代谢的调节作用进行简要综述,阐明肌肉因子在T2D治疗中发挥的多种作用,为该病的防治提供新的靶点和视角。 Obesity type 2 diabetes,a metabolism disorder disease,has posed a huge threat to human health with its increasing prevalence year by year. Skeletal muscle is an important organ to regulate glucose metabolism,and releases myokines to act on various tissues and organs of the human body. Myokines play an important role in the process of regulating glucose and lipid metabolism using different secretion methods. This article reviews the development of common myokines and their role in regulating glucose and lipid metabolism with obesity type 2 diabetes in order to clarify the association of myokines with type 2 diabetes,and provide new targets for the prevention and treatment of obesity type 2 diabetes.
