我国近10年中药治疗脑卒中后抑郁的文献计量学分析

Bibliometrics Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Post-stroke Depression in the Recent 10 Years

目的回顾我国近10年中药治疗脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)的研究动态,分析中药治疗PSD的研究现状和发展趋势,以期对开展中药治疗PSD的研究提供参考。方法运用中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台、维普资讯中文期刊服务平台检索2008年1月1日—2019年12月31日发表于国内期刊上的中药治疗PSD的相关文献,采用NoteExpress 3.2.0和Excel数据管理软件进行计量分析。结果共检索出符合纳入标准的文献614篇,分别发布于183种期刊,其中载文量前3的期刊为《陕西中医》《中西医结合心脑血管病杂志》《四川中医》,排名前15位的期刊级别占比为普通期刊56.0%、科技核心期刊33.5%、北大核心期刊10.5%。中医治疗PSD的方式包括中药汤剂内服法、口服固体剂中成药、中医护理技术治疗,其中应用最多的中药汤剂和固体剂中成药分别为柴胡疏肝散、舒肝解郁胶囊,应用前3位的单味中药为柴胡、郁金、石菖蒲。单味中药药性以温、寒为主,味以辛、苦为主,归肝、心经为主。结论我国中药治疗PSD领域取得一定的进展,发表文献数量呈上升波动趋势,但文献质量仍处于中下水平。

Objective To review the research progress of Chinese medicine in the treatment of post-stroke depression(PSD)in recent 10 years in China,and analyze the research status and development trend of Chinese medicine in the treatment of PSD to provide reference for the study of Chinese medicine in the treatment of PSD.Methods China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang,and VIP literature databases were used to search relevant literatures on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of PSD published in domestic journals from January 1,2008 to December 31,2019.NoteExpress3.2.0 and Excel data management software were used for quantitative analysis.Results A total of 614 articles meeting the inclusion criteria were retrieved,which were published in 183 journals,among which the top 3 journals were Shaanxi Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine on Cardio-Cerebrovascular Diseases,and Sichuan Traditional Chinese Medicine.The top 15 were journals accounted for 56.0%of general journals.There were 33.5%of core science and technology journals,and 10.5%of core journals were published by Peking University.The methods of TCM treatment for PSD include administration of TCM decoction,oral administration of solid Chinese patent medicine,and nursing treatment of TCM.The popular TCM decoction and solid Chinese patent medicine were Chaihu Shugan Powder and Shugan Jieyu Capsule,respectively.The top three single Chinese medicines used were Chaihu,Turmeric,and Acorus tatarinoides.The properties of single Chinese medicine were mainly warm and cold,and the taste was mainly pungent and bitter,related liver and heart channel.Conclusion There are some progress in the Chinese medicine treatment of PSD in China,and the number of published literatures shows an upward and fluctuating trend,but the literature quality is still at the middle and lower level.
