新型双向压缩式钢丝绳隔振器的力学性能试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 钢丝绳隔振器被广泛运用在舰艇设备隔振抗冲击领域.针对传统钢丝绳隔振器拉伸性能较差的缺点,设计了新型双向压缩式钢丝绳隔振器,采用振动和冲击试验方法对新型双向压缩式钢丝绳隔振器和球形钢丝绳隔振器的性能特征进行了对比研究.通过进行对比试验研究了两者的性能差异特性.扫频试验发现固有频率处球形钢丝绳隔振器的共振峰值更大;定频试验发现在不同工况时新型与球形钢丝绳隔振器振动性能相差不大.冲击试验结果表明新型双向压缩式钢丝绳隔振器的冲击隔离率在82.5%以上,在各个工况时的冲击隔离率均大于球形钢丝绳隔冲系统,有效改善了球形钢丝绳隔振器的拉伸性能.新型双向压缩式钢丝绳隔振器在保持球形钢丝绳隔振器原有隔振效果的基础上,进一步提升了隔振器的抗冲击性能. Wire rope isolator is widely used in the field of vibration isolation and shock resistance of naval equipment. To overcome the shortcomings of the poor tensile performance of the traditional wire rope isolator, a new biaxial compression wire rope isolator was designed, and the performance characteristics of the new biaxial compression wire rope isolators and spherical wire rope isolators were tested using vibration and shock test methods. By conducting a comparative experiment, the characteristics of the performance difference are studied. The frequency sweep test results show that the resonance peak of the spherical wire rope isolator is larger than that of the new one at the natural frequency.The fixed frequency test finds that the vibration performance of the new and the spherical wire rope isolator is not much different under different working conditions. The shock test results show that the shock isolation rate of the new biaxial compression wire rope isolator is above 82.5%, and the shock isolation rate in all working conditions is greater than that of the spherical wire rope isolation system, which effectively improves the tensile performance of the spherical wire rope isolator. The new biaxial compression wire rope isolator further improves the shock resistance of the vibration isolator on the basis of maintaining the original vibration isolation effect of the spherical wire rope isolator.
