既有建筑地下增层空间的空间序列优化策略研究 被引量:1

摘要 存量规划背景下,城市建成环境内涵式发展将成为我国未来城市发展的主流,其中地下空间增层则是促进既有建筑可持续利用的主要方式。分析既有建筑增层开发案例,总结既有建筑与其地下增层空间在空间上的位置关系和序列营造的特征;结合未来既有建筑地下增层空间设计的公共性需求和人的行为模式,分别从构建均衡中心、突出重点空间、塑造空间序列的起-承-转-合、空间序列高潮与收尾等角度提出既有建筑地下增层空间优化策略,为既有建筑地下空间规划和设计提供参考。 Under the background of stock planning,urban built environment connotative development will become the mainstream of urban development in China in the future.The increasing of underground additional floor space is the main way to promote the sustainable use of urban underground space.This paper analyzes the case of underground additional floor space increase of existing buildings,and sums up the characteristics of existing buildings and their underground additional floor space increase in spatial position relationship and sequence construction.Combined with the public demand of existing buildings in the future and the behavior pattern of people,this paper puts forward optimization strategies of the underground additional floor space of existing buildings,from the perspectives of building balanced centre,highlighting essential space,shaping the starting,succeeding,turning and closing of underground additional floor space sequence,and provides reference for the planning and design of underground increase of existing buildings.
