线性提升结合下颌缘吸脂对面部轮廓的改变

Effect of Linear Lifting combined with Liposuction on Facial Contour

目的探究线性提升结合下颌缘吸脂在改善患者面部轮廓中的应用价值。方法依据随机数字表法对60例面部手术患者(2019年4月至2021年4月)进行分组探究,对照组(下颌缘吸脂术,n=30)与观察组(下颌缘吸脂术与线性提升,n=30),对比两组面部轮廓改善度、并发症发生率。结果术后,观察组面部轮廓圆润度、流畅度,紧致度改善率分别为28例(93.33%)与29例(96.67%),对照组分别为17例(56.67%)与19例(63.33%),观察组较对照组高,数据差异明显(χ^(2)=10.756、10.417,P <0.05)。术后,观察组面部轮廓不对称、面部皮肤松弛、面部臃肿发生率分别为2例(6.67%)、1例(3.33%)、1例(3.33%),总发生率为4例(13.33%),对照组分别为5例(16.67%)、10例(33.33%)、3例(10.00%)、18例(60.00%),总发生率为18例(60.00%),观察组较对照组低,数据差异明显(χ^(2)=14.067,P <0.05)。结论术后,观察组面部轮廓圆润度、流畅度,紧致度改善率较对照组高,观察组面部轮廓不对称、面部皮肤松弛、面部臃肿发生率较对照组低,下颌缘吸脂术联合线性提升可使患者面轮廓更为圆润,流畅,紧致,下面部堆积感明显改善,且并发症少,临床应用效果显著。

Objective To explore the application value of mandibular marginal liposuction and linear lifting in improving patients’ facial contour.Methods According to the random number table method, 60 patients with facial surgery in our hospital(from April 2020 to April 2021) were divided into two groups. The improvement of facial contour and the incidence of complications were compared between the control group(mandibular border liposuction,n=30) and the observation group(mandibular border liposuction and linear improvement, n=30). Results After operation, the improvement rates of facial contour roundness and hand feel in the observation group were 28 cases(93.33%) and 29 cases(96.67%) respectively, and those in the control group were 17 cases(56.67%) and 19 cases(63.33%) respectively. The data in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(χ^(2)=10.756 and 10.417, all P <0.05). After operation, the incidence of facial contour asymmetry, uneven facial skin and facial bloating in the observation group were 2 cases(6.67%), 1 cases(3.33%) and 1 cases(3.33%) respectively, and the total incidence was 4 cases(13.33%) in the control group, 5 cases(16.67%), 10 cases(33.33%), 3 cases(10.00%) and 18 cases(60.00%) in the control group, and the total incidence was 18(60.00%), which was lower in the observation group than that in the control group(χ^(2)=14.067, P <0.05). Conclusion After operation, the improvement rate of facial contour roundness and hand feel in the observation group is higher than that in the control group. The incidence of facial contour asymmetry, uneven facial skin and facial bloating in the observation group is lower than that in the control group. Mandibular margin liposuction combined with linear improvement can make the patient’s facial contour more rounded, hand feel significantly improved, and there are fewer complications. The clinical application effect is significant.
