舒适护理在儿童烧伤护理中的应用价值

Application Value of Comfort Nursing in Burn Nursing of Children

目的观察舒适护理在儿童烧伤护理中的应用价值。方法纳入2019年5月至2019年11月收治的35例烧伤患儿作为对照组,纳入2019年12月至2020年5月收治的35例烧伤患儿作为试验组,对照组、试验组分别采取常规护理、舒适护理,对比两组的应用价值。结果就住院时间、并发症发生率相比,试验组较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。就护理满意度相比,试验组指标水平较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。就实验室指标相比,试验组采取舒适护理前和对照组采取常规护理前实验室指标无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,试验组实验室指标情况明显优于对照组实验室指标情况,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理是一种可降低烧伤患儿并发症发生风险、促进其快速恢复的护理模式,患儿家属护理满意度更高,有助于医院护理质量以及综合竞争力的提升,有良好的应用价值。

Objective To observe the application value of comfort nursing in children's burn nursing.Methods A total of 35 burn children from May 2019 to November 2019 were included as the research objectives of the control group,and 35 burn children from December 2019 to may 2020 were included as the research objectives of the experimental group.The control group and the experimental group took routine nursing and comfortable nursing respectively to compare their application values.Results compared with the control group,the length of hospital stay and the incidence of complications in the experimental group were lower,and the comparative difference showed statistical value(P<0.05).In terms of nursing satisfaction,the index level of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference showed statistical value(P<0.05).Compared with the laboratory indexes before comfortable nursing in the experimental group and routine nursing in the control group,the laboratory indexes were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After nursing,the laboratory indexes of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing is a nursing model that can reduce the risk of complications and promote the rapid recovery of burn children.The nursing satisfaction of children's family members is also higher,which is helpful to improve the nursing quality and comprehensive competitiveness of the hospital,and has good application value.
