阿莫西林+兰索拉唑对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者不良反应发生率及预后复发率的影响

Effect of Amoxicillin+Lansolazole on the Incidence of Adverse Reactions and Recurrence of Prognosis in Patients with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的研究针对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,给予阿莫西林+兰索拉唑治疗对患者的不良反应发生率及预后复发率的影响。方法随机抽取我院在2017—2020年收治的42例确诊患有慢性萎缩性胃炎疾病的患者,通过随机表数字法选出对照组和试验组,每组患者各21例,对照组给予阿莫西林治疗,试验组给予阿莫西林+兰索拉唑治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生率、治疗3个月后的复发率和生活质量评分。结果在治疗效果上,对照组治疗有效率显著低于试验组(71.43%vs.95.24%,P<0.05);在不良反应上,对照组不良反应发生率显著高于试验组(23.81%vs.4.76%,P<0.05);在复发率上,对照组复发率显著高于试验组(33.33%vs.4.76%,P<0.05);在生活质量评分上,对照组评分为(70.02±3.97)分,试验组的评分为(90.12±4.61)分,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论阿莫西林+兰索拉唑在慢性萎缩性胃炎的治疗中,具有不良反应少、复发率低以及治疗效果好等优点,可显著提高患者的生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of amoxetine+lansolazole treatment on the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence of prognosis in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods Randomly select 42 patients diagnosed with chronic atrophic gastritis who were admitted to our hospital from 2017 to 2020.The control group and the experimental group were selected by the random table number method.Each group of patients has 21 cases,and the control group is given A Moxilin treatment,the experimental group was given amoxicillin+lansoprazole treatment,the two groups of patients were compared with the treatment effect,the incidence of adverse reactions,the recurrence rate after 3 months of treatment and the quality of life score.Results The treatment efficiency of control group was significantly lower than that of experimental group(71.43%vs.95.24%,P<0.05);adverse effects:the incidence of ADR was significantly higher in the control group than in the experimental group(23.81%vs.4.76%,P<0.05);the relapse rate was significantly higher in the control group(33.33%vs.4.76%,P<0.05);quality of life score:the control group scored(70.02±3.97)points,and the experimental group scored(90.12±4.61)points,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Amoxilin+lansolazole has the advantages of less adverse reaction,low relapse rate and good therapeutic effect in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,which can significantly improve the quality of life of patients and is worth promoting.
