摘要
目的探究高频超声检查在甲状腺结节诊断中的应用价值,病危甲状腺结节的诊断提供理论指导依据。方法在2018年6月至2019年6月这个时间段中,选取我院收治的60例甲状腺结节患者作为本次研究对象,分别给予手术室病理检查与高频超声检查,以手术室病理检查结果为金标准,比较高频超声检查价值。结果手术室病理检查结果为:甲状腺结节中良性结节为34例,恶性结节为26例。高频超声检查结果为:甲状腺结节中良性结节为36例,恶性结节为24例。差异比较无统计学意义,P>0.05。其中高频超声检查准确率为90.00%(54/60),灵敏度为94.12%(32/34),特异度为84.62%(22/26)。甲状腺结节中,良性结节与恶性结节在RI与PSV指标对比中存在显著差异,有统计学意义,P<0.05。甲状腺恶性结节中,形态不规则、无声晕、边界模糊、钙化、低回声等影像学特征显著高于良性结节患者,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在甲状腺结节中给予高频超声检查,能够取得较好的诊断价值,其诊断准确率较高,能够对结节良恶性进行鉴别诊断,且高频超声诊断技术具有较高的灵敏度与特异度,影像学特征明显,在临床上的应用价值较高。
Objective To explore the application value of high-frequency ultrasound examination in the diagnosis of thyroid nodule and provide theoretical guidance for the diagnosis of critically ill thyroid nodule.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019.06,60 cases of thyroid nodule patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.Pathological examination and high-frequency ultrasound examination were conducted in the operating room respectively.The results of pathological examination in the operating room were taken as the gold standard to compare the value of high-frequency ultrasound examination.Results Pathological examination in the operating room showed that benign nodules were found in 34 cases and malignant nodules in 26 cases.The results of high-frequency ultrasound showed that 36 cases were benign nodules and 24 cases were malignant nodules.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The accuracy of high-frequency ultrasound examination was 90.00%(54/60),the sensitivity was 94.12%(32/34),and the specificity was 84.62%(22/26).Among thyroid nodules,there was a significant difference between benign and malignant nodules in RI and PSV indicators,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The imaging features of irregular shape,silent halo,blurred boundary,calcification and hypoecho in malignant thyroid nodules were significantly higher than those in benign nodules,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High frequency ultrasound examination in thyroid nodules can achieve a better diagnostic value,its diagnostic accuracy is high,can be used for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant nodules,and high frequency ultrasound diagnosis technology has higher sensitivity and specificity,imaging characteristics are obvious,high value in clinical application.
