深刺大椎穴联合整脊推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Deep Needling Dazhui Point Combined with Chiropractic Massage in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的探究神经根型颈椎病治疗中深刺大椎穴联合整脊推拿治疗方案所具有的临床效果。方法选取60例2010年7月至2021年7月收治患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,30例接受传统方法治疗设为对照组,30例接受深刺大椎穴联合整脊推拿治疗设为观察组,统计分析两组临床效果。结果治疗后观察组缓解率93.33%,高于对照组73.33%(P<0.05);中医证候(活动受限、肢体麻木、颈项疼痛、头晕目眩、神经疲乏)积分[(1.15±0.35)分、(1.28±0.41)分、(1.08±0.33)分、(1.13±0.27)分、(1.21±0.24)分]及NPQ评分[(14.44±5.14)分]低于对照组[(1.99±0.22)分、(1.98±0.21)分、(1.87±0.18)分、(1.78±0.24)分、(1.86±0.23)分、(17.68±5.25)分](P<0.05);SF-36评分[(87.69±5.54)分]高于对照组[(82.25±5.41)分](P<0.05);两组均未见严重不良反应发生病例。结论神经根型颈椎病治疗后,深刺大椎穴联合整脊推拿治疗方案的有效应用,在患者症状改善、疼痛缓解、生活质量提升等方面存在积极影响,利于综合疗效提高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of deep needling Dazhui point combined with chiropractic massage in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients treated from July 2010 to July 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.30 patients were treated with traditional methods as the control group and 30 patients were treated with deep needling Dazhui point combined with chiropractic massage as the observation group.The clinical effects of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results After treatment,the remission rate in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33%in the control group(P<0.05);The scores of TCM syndromes(limited activity,limb numbness,neck pain,dizziness and nerve fatigue)[(1.15±0.35),(1.28±0.41),(1.08±0.33),(1.13±0.27),(1.21±0.24)],NPQ[(14.44±5.14)points]were lower than those in the control group[(1.99±0.22),(1.98±0.21),(1.87±0.18),(1.78±0.24)(1.86±0.23),(17.68±5.25)](P<0.05);the score of SF-36[(87.69±5.54)]was higher than that of the control group[(82.25±5.41)](P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion After the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,the effective application of deep needling Dazhui point combined with chiropractic massage has a positive impact on the improvement of patients'symptoms,pain relief and quality of life,which is conducive to the improvement of comprehensive curative effect.
