黄连温胆汤加减治疗痰火扰心证快速型心律失常的效果及与心电图指标的相关性研究

Effect of Huanglian Wendan Decoction on Tachyarrhythmia of Phlegm-Fire Disturbing Heart Syndrome and Its Correlation with ECG Indexes

目的研究对痰火扰心证快速型心律失常患者给予黄连温胆汤加减治疗的疗效和心电图指标的变化,并分析其相关性。方法于我院2020年3月至2021年3月收治的痰火扰心证快速型心律失常患者中随机抽取60例,随机抽签分为对照组(30例,西药治疗)和观察组(30例,联合黄连温胆汤加减治疗),对比两组疗效和心电图指标。结果①对照组治疗有效率21例(70.00%),观察组治疗有效率29例(96.67%),两组差异显著(P<0.05)。②对照组早搏总数(561.49±37.21),快速性房颤心室率(100.35±6.27),中医证候积分(13.14±2.69)分,观察组早搏总数(413.34±40.92),快速性房颤心室率(90.56±6.42),中医证候积分(8.23±1.25)分,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。③对照组P-R间期(145.29±15.64)ms,QTc间期(415.76±26.90)ms,观察组P-R间期(158.63±16.20)ms,QTc间期(424.76±29.31)ms,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对于痰火扰心证快速型心律失常患者给予黄连温胆汤治疗有利于改善患者心律失常症状,改善临床症状,提高临床疗效;心电图检查简单、无创、易操作,是快速发现心律失常的主要检测方式,并直观反映临床用药疗效。

Objective To study the curative effect of huanglian wendan decoction and the changes of ECG indexes for patients with rapid arrhythmia with phlegm-fire disturbing heart syndrome,and analyze their correlation.Methods From March 2020 to March 2021 in our hospital,60 patients with tachyarrhythmia with phlegm-fire disturbing heart syndrome were randomly selected,and randomly divided into control group(30 cases,western medicine treatment)and observation group(30 cases).For example,combined with huanglian wendan decoction treatment),the efficacy and ECG indicators of the two groups were compared.Results(1)The effective rate of treatment in the control group was 21 cases(70.00%),the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 29 cases(96.67%),the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).(2)The total number of premature beats in the control group(561.49±37.21),rapid atrial fibrillation ventricular rate(100.35±6.27),TCM syndrome score(13.14±2.69)points,the total number of premature beats in the observation group was(413.34±40.92),the ventricular rate of rapid atrial fibrillation(90.56±6.42),and the TCM syndrome score(8.23±1.25)points,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).(3)The P-R interval of the control group was(145.29±15.64)ms,and the QTc interval was(415.76±26.90)ms,in the observation group,the P-R interval was(158.63±16.20)ms,and the QTc interval was(424.76±29.31)ms,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with rapid arrhythmia with phlegm-fire disturbing heart syndrome,the treatment of Huanglian Wendan Decoction is beneficial to improve the symptoms of arrhythmia,improve clinical symptoms,and improve clinical efficacy;ECG examination is simple,non-invasive,and easy to operate,and is quick to find arrhythmia the main detection method,and intuitively reflects the clinical efficacy of medication.
