心理护理对肺心病患者负性情绪与生活质量的积极影响

Positive Effect of Psychological Nursing on Negative Emotion and Life Quality of Patients with Cor Pulmonale

目的分析针对肺心病患者临床中采取心理护理后其负性情绪与生活质量的影响效果。方法将2019年12月至2020年12月期间我院收治的86例患有肺心病的患者随机分为两组,各43例;分别给予一般护理(常规组)和心理护理(试验组)。对比分析两种护理方式对肺心病患者负性情绪与生活质量的积极影响。结果两组护理前的负性情绪与生活质量相比,P>0.05;护理后焦虑、抑郁及情感功能、生理功能、精神健康、社会功能改善效果均优于护理前,且试验组优于常规组;常规组的护理满意度(76.74%)低于试验组(93.02%);两组数据对比,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理的应用对改善肺心病患者负性情绪与生活质量均具有积极影响,干预效果显著。

Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing on negative emotion and quality of life in patients with pulmonary heart disease.Methods A total of 86 patients with cor pulmonale admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,43 cases in each group.General nursing(routine group)and psychological nursing(experimental group)were given respectively.The positive effects of two nursing methods on negative emotion and life quality of patients with cor pulmonale were compared and analyzed.Results The negative emotion and quality of life of the two groups before nursing were compared,P>0.05.The improvement effect of anxiety,depression and emotional function,physiological function,mental health and social function after nursing were better than before nursing,and the experimental group was better than the routine group.The nursing satisfaction of the routine group(76.74%)was lower than that of the experimental group(93.02%).The data of the two groups were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing has positive effect on negative emotion and life quality of patients with cor pulmonale.
