舒适护理在老年性哮喘护理中的应用研究

Application of Comfort Nursing in the Nursing of Senile Asthma

目的讨论舒适护理在老年性哮喘护理中的应用效果。方法入选60例老年性哮喘患者主要于2020年7月至2021年8月接受病情诊疗,将其随机分为对照组30例与研究组30例,对照组:常规护理,研究组:舒适护理,观察指标:症状消失时间、护理舒适度、护理满意度、心理状态。结果研究组护理后各项症状消失速度明显优于对照组,P<0.05。研究组护理后各项舒适度指标均明显高于对照组,P<0.05。研究组护理后总护理服务满意评价度的96.67%明显高于对照组的70%,P<0.05。护理前两组SAS评分及SDS评分指标较高且无对比统计学差异,P>0.05;护理后,二者的指标均降低,而且研究组各指标明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论对老年性哮喘患者采取舒适护理可促进症状消失,优化心理状态,提高护理舒适度及满意度。

Objective To discuss the effect of comfort nursing in the nursing of senile asthma.Methods Sixty patients with senile asthma were selected and mainly treated from July 2020 to August 2021.They were randomly divided into 30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the study group.The control group:routine nursing,the study group:comfort nursing.Observation indexes:symptom disappearance time,nursing comfort,nursing satisfaction and psychological state.Results The disappearance rate of symptoms in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,all comfort indexes in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).96.67%of the total nursing service satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than 70%in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,the SAS score and SDS score of the two groups were higher,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After nursing,both indexes decreased,the indexes in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing for elderly patients with asthma can promote the disappearance of symptoms,optimize psychological state,and improve nursing comfort and satisfaction.
