综合护理在小儿癫痫患儿中的应用效果

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Children with Epilepsy

目的分析综合护理在小儿癫痫中的应用效果。方法本研究选取我院于2017年9月至2018年9月收治的100例癫痫患儿为研究对象。根据随机数表方法将患儿分为两组,对照组和观察组患儿均为50例。所有患儿都采用相同的治疗措施,对照组辅以常规性护理措施,观察组患儿在对照组护理基础上展开综合性护理干预模式。比较不同护理措施的应用效果。结果分析比较两组患儿家长护理满意度,对照组为78.00%,观察组为96.00%,两组数据比较P<0.05,有统计学意义;统计并比较两组患儿治疗依从性,观察组(100.00%)高于对照组(82.00%),P<0.05,有统计学意义。两组患儿护理前情绪状态评分无明显区别(P>0.05);护理后所有患儿的情绪状态评分都改善,且观察组患儿情绪状态评分低于对照组,数据分析比较P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论为癫痫小儿提供综合护理方法,可明显提高患儿家属的护理满意度,同时还能够调节患儿的情绪状态,提高治疗依从性,具有较好的临床应用效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing in children epilepsy.Methods In the study,100 children with epilepsy were selected from September 2017 to September 2018.According to the method of random number table,the children were divided into two groups.There were 50 children in the control group and the observation group.All the children were treated with the same treatment measures,the control group was supplemented with routine nursing measures,and the observation group carried out a comprehensive nursing intervention mode based on the nursing of the control group.To compare the effect of different nursing measures.Results Analyze and compare the care satisfaction of the parents of the two groups of children,the control group was 78.00%,the observation group was 96.00%,the data comparison between the two groups was P<0.05,which was statistically significant;statistics and comparison of the treatment compliance of the two groups of children,the observation group(100.00%)was higher than the control group(82.00%),P<0.05,which was statistically significant.There was no significant difference in the emotional state scores of the two groups of children before nursing(P>0.05);the emotional state scores of all children improved after nursing,and the emotional state scores of children in the observation group were lower than those of the control group.Data analysis and comparison P<0.05,The difference is statistically significant.Conclusion To provide comprehensive nursing methods for epileptic children can significantly improve the nursing satisfaction of their families,regulate their emotional state and improve their treatment compliance,which has better clinical application effect.
