术后护理干预对胃肠手术患者早期胃肠功能恢复的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Early Recovery of Gastrointestinal Function in Patients Undergoing Gastrointestinal Surgery

目的研究术后护理干预对胃肠手术患者早期胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2019年2月于我院接受肠胃手术治疗的患者94例,将其随机分组为对照组和观察组各47例,对照组行常规护理干预措施,观察组则在对照组的护理基础上,行术后护理干预措施,对比两组患者的康复效果,并分析术后护理干预在针对肠胃疾病患者的术后康复效果。结果观察组患者排气时间、排便时间、肠鸣恢复时间、住院时间均短于对照组,经比较P<0.05,具有统计学意义;观察组患者的临床护理满意度以及生活质量均高于对照组,经比较P<0.05,有统计学意义;两组患者不良反应发生率比较有明显的差异,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论在临床肠胃疾病患者的术后康复护理中,采取术后护理干预措施,能够更为有效提升患者的生存质量,促进胃肠功能恢复,降低不良反应发生率,在临床中值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of postoperative nursing intervention on the early recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with gastrointestinal surgery.Methods From February 2018 to February 2019,94 patients received gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital were selected,and 47 patients were randomly grouped into control group and observation group.The control group performed routine nursing interventions,and the observation group was based on the nursing of control group.Postoperative nursing intervention was carried out,the rehabilitation effect of two groups of patients was compared,and the postoperative nursing intervention was analyzed.Results The rehabilitation effect of the patients in the observation group was better than that of the control group,in which the exhaust time,defecation time,bowel ringing recovery time,and hospitalization time were all better than those in the control group.The comparison between P and P was 0.05,which showed that it had statistical significance,and the patient's clinical nursing satisfaction and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and P was 0.05,indicating significant differences.Conclusion In the post-operative rehabilitation care of patients with gastrointestinal diseases,post-operative nursing interventions can improve the quality of life of patients more effectively,while shortening the exhaust time,defecation time,and reducing the patient's hospitalization time.In clinical,It is worth further promotion and application.
