澳大利亚农业资源核算体系建设进展及对中国的启示

Progress of Agricultural Resource Accounting System Construction in Australia and Its Enlightenments to China

澳大利亚是世界重要的农业大国,当前澳大利亚政府已在SEEA-2012体系的基础上建立了包括农业资源、水资源、土地资源、生物资源等在内的较完善的自然资源核算体系。面对农业资源统计工作不断增长的需求,澳大利亚政府总结了其农业资源核算体系建设存在的问题,并采取了一系列完善措施。在总结和梳理澳大利亚农业资源核算体系建设情况和发展特征的基础上,提出了完善中国农业资源台账建设的对策建议。

Australia is an important agricultural country in the world.Currently,the Australian government has established a comprehensive natural resource accounting system on the basis of the SEEA-2012,including agricultural resources,water resources,land resources,and biological resources and so on.With the increasing demand of agricultural resource statistics,the Australian government summarized the problems in the construction of its agricultural resource accounting system and adopted a series of improvement measures.Based on investigating the construction and development characteristics of Australia’s agricultural resource accounting system,countermeasures and suggestions to improve the construction of agricultural resource account in China were put forward.
