中国中药材产业健康发展分析与对策

Analysis and Countermeasures of the Healthy Development of Chinese Herbal Medicine Industry in China

中药是中国重要的战略资源,不仅是一个重要的产业,更是一种文化的载体。中药材产业是中国具有比较优势的传统特色产业,目前正步入转型升级和加快提升的重要阶段,促进该产业健康发展至关重要。从中药材种植、中药工业、中药消费、中药进出口4个方面阐述了中国中药材产业发展现状,并指出其中存在中药材质量不稳定、中药工业化相对滞后、市场流通秩序不规范、全产业链监管不到位等问题。最后,从加强生产规范和质量控制、提升产业科技含量、维护行业市场秩序、创新全产业链管理模式等方面提出了促进中国中药材产业可持续健康发展的建议。

Traditional Chinese medicine is an important strategic resource in China,not only an important industry,but also a carrier of culture.Chinese herbal medicine industry is a traditional characteristic industry with comparative advantages in China,at present,it has been entering an important stage of transformation and upgrading and accelerated enhancement,and it is crucial to promote the healthy development of this industry.The current situation of Chinese herbal medicine industry was elaborated from four aspects of cultivation of Chinese herbal medicine,Chinese herbal medicine industry,consumption of Chinese herbal medicine,and the import and export of Chinese herbal medicine,and problems existing in the industry were pointed out,such as unstable quality of Chinese herbal medicine,relatively late industrialization of Chinese herbal medicine,irregular order of market circulation,and inadequate supervision of the whole industry chain and so on.Finally,suggestions on improving the sustainable and healthy development of Chinese herbal medicine industry in China were put forward from strengthening production standard and quality control,improving the technological content of the industry,maintaining the market order of the industry,and innovating the management mode of the whole industry chain.
