基于农户可持续生计视角的乡村旅游高质量发展对策

Strategies for High-quality Development of Rural Tourism from the Perspective of Farmers’Sustainable Livelihood

新时代发展与改革的背景要求中国乡村旅游要充分关注农户生计问题,切实保障农户利益。乡村旅游是实现乡村振兴的重要产业选择,乡村旅游的高质量发展是加快实现农村产业融合与实现农民利益的现实途径,促进农户生计可持续是实现乡村旅游高质量发展的题中之意。基于农户生计视角,分析发现中国乡村旅游发展过程中存在农户自然资本质量下降、农户人力资本素质欠佳、农户金融资本不足、农户社会资本欠缺、农户物质资本不完善等问题。基于此,建议通过重视积累人力资本、合理利用自然资本、综合提升社会资本、健全完善物质资本、加强引导金融资本等具体举措实现乡村旅游地农户生计可持续,进而实现乡村旅游的高质量发展。

The background of the development and reform in the new era requires that China’s rural tourism should pay full attention to the livelihood of farmers and effectively protect the interests of farmers.Rural tourism is an important industrial choice to realize rural revitalization,and its high-quality development is a practical way to speed up the realization of both rural industrial integration and farmers’interests.Promoting the sustainable livelihood of farmers is the key to realizing high-quality development of rural tourism.Based on the perspective of farmers’livelihood,it was found that there are some problems in the development of rural tourism in China,such as the decline of the quality of natural capital,the poor quality of human capital,the lack of financial capital and social capital,and the imperfection of material capital and so on.Based on this,some suggestions were put forward on achieving high-quality development of rural tourism from attaching importance to the accumulation of human capital,rationally using natural capital,comprehensively promoting social capital,perfecting material capital,strengthening the guidance of financial capital and other specific measures to achieve sustainable livelihood of farmers in rural tourism destinations.
