山西省高校科技统计分析及比较研究

Statistical Analysis and Comparative Research on Sci-Tech in Shanxi Universities and Colleges

高校科技统计客观地从整体上反映一个国家或地区高校科技发展的现状和趋势。2016~2019年,山西省高校科技人力投入逐年增长,科技经费投入以政府为主,研发经费投入呈基本增长趋势;但与中部六省份高校相比,山西省高校的科技经费投入、技术转让及成果转化情况排名均靠后。山西省高校产出的科技成果基本呈逐年增长的趋势,但与全国同类指标平均额相比,仍有明显的差距。总体来说,山西省高校聚焦“六新”,加速科技成果转化,依靠科技创新促进区域社会转型发展的能力仍有待加强。

University Science and technology statistics objectively reflect the current situation and trend of university science and technology development in a country or region as a whole.From 2016 to 2019,the investment of science and technology manpower in colleges and universities in Shanxi increased year by year,and the investment of science and technology funds was mainly invested by the government,while the investment of research and development funds showed a basic increasing trend.But compared to universities in six central provinces,Shanxi universities and colleges were ranked low in the input of science and technology funds,transformation of technology and transformation of achievements.The output of scientific and technological achievements of universities and colleges in Shanxi showed a trend of increasing year by year,but there was still a significant gap compared with the national average of the same index.Generally speaking,the abilities of Shanxi universities focusing on“six new”,speeding up the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,relying on scientific and technological innovation to promote the development of regional social transformation still need to be strengthened.
