摘要
国企是我国公共管理的主体,在发展过程中国企不仅要承担保障国家经济安全的职责,还要承担推动国民经济健康发展以及为公共利益服务的社会职责。因此,国企要做好自身的绩效管理工作,积极应用精细化管理理念,对现有的绩效管理工作进行优化与创新,推动自身健康发展。论文主要就精细化管理在国企绩效管理中的应用进行探究和分析。
State-owned enterprises are the main body of China's public management.In the process of development,state-owned enterprises should not only undertake the responsibility of ensuring the country's economic security,but also undertake the social responsibilities of promoting the healthy development of the national economy and serving the public interest.Therefore,state-owned enterprises should do their own performance management work well,actively apply the fine management concept,optimize and innovate the existing performance management work,and promote their own healthy development.This paper mainly explores and analyzes the application of fine management in the performance management of state-owned enterprises.
