工贸企业安全生产管理的新思考

New Reflections on Safety Production Management of Industry and Trade Enterprises

对于工贸企业来说,安全生产管理在企业发展过程中发挥着重要作用。工贸企业的安全生产风险因素较多,如果未做好风险因素的辨识与防控,极易因安全管理不善导致风险因素集中爆发,最终影响企业的安全运营或者增加企业的管理成本,甚至造成社会恶劣影响。论文分析了当前工贸企业加强安全生产管理的必要性,研究了当前工贸企业安全生产管理过程中存在的薄弱环节,有针对性地提出了提升工贸企业安全生产管理效果的综合措施,希望通过这些管理措施的综合运用,能够提升工贸企业的整体市场竞争力。

For industry and trade enterprises,safety production management plays an important role in the process of enterprise development.There are many safety production risk factors in industry and trade enterprises.If the identification,prevention and control of risk factors are not done well,it is very easy to lead to the centralized outbreak of risk factors due to poor safety management,which will eventually affect the safe operation of the enterprise or increase the management cost of the enterprise,and even cause adverse social impact.This paper analyzes the necessity of strengthening safety production management in current industry and trade enterprises,studies the weak links existing in the process of safety production management in current industry and trade enterprises,and specifically puts forward comprehensive measures to improve the effect of safety production management in industry and trade enterprises.It is hoped that through the comprehensive application of these management measures,the overall market competitiveness of industry and trade enterprises can be improved.
