新时期,为进一步促进企业的快速发展,各大化工企业采取措施加强了对安全生产标准化机制的建设,优化了安全生产的流程。同时,完善的激励约束机制既是安全生产标准化的前提,又是提高安全生产质量的主要措施。基于此,论文深入分析了安全生产标准化的相关内容,在分析现存问题的基础上提出了完善激励约束机制的措施,以期为企业实践提供理论参考。

In the new era,in order to further promote the rapid development of enterprises,major chemical enterprises have taken measures to strengthen the construction of safety production standardization mechanism and optimize the safety production process.At the same time,a perfect incentive and restraint mechanism is not only the premise of safety production standardization,but also the main measure to improve safety production quality.Based on this,the paper deeply analyzes the relevant contents of safety production standardization,and puts forward measures to improve the incentive and restraint mechanism on the basis of analyzing the existing problems,so as to provide theoretical reference for enterprise practice.
