在新形势下加强企业文化建设,对于引领企业高质量发展、促进企业内外兼修、推动精良队伍加速建成具有重要的战略意义和现实意义。当前,我国企业文化建设整体进步明显,但水平良莠不齐,不少问题值得重视并亟需解决。论文分析总结当前企业文化建设存在的常见问题,提出新形势下强化企业文化建设的长期性和创新性举措,助力企业文化建设跃上新台阶。

Strengthening the construction of enterprise culture under the new situation is of strategic and practical significance for leading the high-quality development of enterprises,promoting both internal and external cultivation of enterprises and accelerating the construction of excellent teams.At present,the overall progress of China's enterprise cultural construction is obvious,but the level of good and bad are uneven,and many problems deserve attention and need to be solved urgently.This paper analyzes and summarizes the common problems existing in the current enterprise cultural construction,puts forward long-term and innovative measures to strengthen the enterprise cultural construction under the new situation,and helps the enterprise cultural construction leap to a new level.
