摘要 为响应国家水污染防治政策,彻底解决火电厂废水排放对环境的污染,论文重点针对火电厂的脱硫废水零排放处理系统改造工艺进行分析比较,主要分析了高温旁路烟道固化技术与主烟道低温干燥技术的优缺点,从2种工艺的适用范围、技术成熟度、运行可靠性、投资造价、运行费用等指标进行详细论述和对比,选择合适的技术方案及设计参数,分析了废水零排放工艺对电厂相关系统的影响等。 In order to respond to the national policy of water pollution prevention and control,and thoroughly solve the environmental pollution caused by thermal power plant wastewater discharge,this paper focuses on the analysis and comparison of desulfurization wastewater zero discharge treatment system transformation process of thermal power plant,mainly analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of high-temperature bypass flue solidification technology and the main flue low-temperature drying technology.This paper discusses and compares in detail the application scope,technology maturity,operation reliability,investment cost,operation cost and other indicators of the two processes,selects the appropriate technical scheme and design parameters,and analyzes the influence of the zero discharge wastewater process on the relevant system of the power plant.
