布地奈德联合特布他林治疗儿童支气管哮喘的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of budesonide combined with terbutaline in treatment of bronchial asthma in children

目的分析布地奈德联合特布他林治疗儿童支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法选取2015年1月至2019年1月佳木斯市妇幼保健院收治的100例儿童支气管哮喘患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组予布地奈德治疗,观察组联合特布他林治疗,两组均连续治疗7 d,对其各项临床指标进行观察。结果观察组患儿治疗后的总有效率为96.00%,显著高于对照组的72.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的咳嗽消失时间、喘憋消失时间、哮鸣音消失时间分别(3.21±0.58)d、(1.16±0.27)d、(3.12±0.42)d,分别短于对照组的(5.53±0.79)d、(3.19±0.43)d、(5.19±0.47)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率为4.00%,明显低于对照组的12.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合特布他林治疗儿童支气管哮喘临床疗效确切、可以显著提高临床治疗效果,且明显缓解患儿的临床症状、减轻不良反应,值得广泛推广和应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of budesonide combined with terbutaline in treating bronchial asthma in children.Methods A total of 100 children with bronchial asthma admitted to the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Jiamusi City from January 2015 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide,and the observation group was treated with terbutaline on the above basis.Both groups were treated for seven consecutive days,and the clinical indexes were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than that of 72.00%in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The cough disappearance time,wheezing disappearance time,and wheezing sound disappearance time in the observation group were(3.21±0.58)d,(1.16±0.27)d and(3.12±0.42)d,which were shorter than those in the control group(5.53±0.79)d,(3.19±0.43)d and(5.19±0.47)d,respectively,with significant difference(P<0.05).The total rate of adverse reaction in the observation group was 4.00%,which was lower than that of 12.00%in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide combined with terbutaline has definite clinical efficacy in treating bronchial asthma in children,which can significantly improve the clinical therapeutic effect,significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of children and reduce adverse reactions,and is worthy of wide promotion and application.
