经膀胱灌注壳聚糖治疗迟发型出血性放射性膀胱炎的疗效 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察膀胱灌注壳聚糖用于盆腔放疗后诱发的迟发型出血性膀胱炎的临床效果。方法采用随机法将江西省肿瘤医院2018年1月至2020年12月收治的30例迟发型出血性放射性膀胱炎患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组15例采用保守对症处理治疗,观察组15例在对症处理的基础上增加壳聚糖膀胱灌注4个疗程。观察治疗后两组的血尿程度变化和膀胱过度活动症患者自我评价量表评分(OABSS)变化,比较其效果。结果对照组血尿有效率为46.7%、膀胱刺激症有效率为37.5%,观察组血尿有效率为80.0%、膀胱刺激症有效率为77.8%,均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论膀胱内灌注壳聚糖能显著改善HC患者的临床症状,值得临床推广。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of bladder perfusion with chitosan on delayed hemorrhagic cystitis induced by pelvic radiotherapy.Methods A total of 30 patients with delayed hemorrhagic radiation cystitis admitted to Jiangxi Cancer Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were divided into the observation group and the control group by a random method.15 cases in the control group received conservative symptomatic treatment,while 15 cases in the observation group received bladder perfusion with chitosan for 4 courses on the basis of symptomatic treatment.The changes in the degree of hematuria and the Overactive Bladder Symptom Scores(OABSS)in the two groups were observed after treatment,and the treatment effects were compared.Results The efficient rates of hematuria and bladder irritation symptom in the control group were 46.7%and 37.5%,while the efficient rates of hematuria and bladder irritation symptom in the observation group were 80.0%and 77.8%,both of which were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Bladder perfusion with chitosan can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with hemorrhagic cystitis,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
