摘要
基于管片混凝土的力学及耐久性能需求,进行了混凝土配合比设计,研究了不同配合比的混凝土力学性能、抗氯离子渗透性能、抗水渗透性能以及预制管片的抗渗漏性能。结果表明,水胶比越低、胶凝材料用量越大,混凝土力学性能、抗氯离子渗透性能、抗水渗透性能越好,相应的预制管片具有更好的抗渗漏性能。
Based on the mechanical and durability requirements of segment concrete,through concrete mix design,the mechanical performance,resistance of concrete to chloride penetration,resistance of concrete to water penetration,and resistance of precast segments to water penetration were researched.The results show that,with the decrease of water binder ratio and the increases of cementitious material,the mechanical properties,resistance of concrete to chloride penetration,and resistance of concrete to water penetration will increase,corresponding,the resistance of precast segments to water penetration will also increase.
