微信联合CBL+TBL在留学生泌尿外科实习中的教学应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨微信辅助联合案例教学法(CBL)与团队教学法(TBL)对提高泌尿外科临床医学本科(MBBS)留学生临床实习教学质量的作用。方法将24名2018年1月至2021年3月进入昆明医科大学第一附属医院泌尿外科实习的MBBS留学生随机分为观察组(n=12)及对照组(n=12),分别采用微信辅助联合CBL+TBL教学法及传统临床教学。实习末,以基础理论与病例分析等试卷考题评估学生对教学内容的掌握程度,问卷调查对教学的满意度,t检验分析比较教学效果的差异。结果试卷考试结果显示,观察组的成绩为基础理论(79.67±10.21)分、病例分析(87.08±5.71)分、总分(84.12±6.96)分,各项评分均显著高于对照组的(68.42±12.46)分、(68.88±6.72)分和(68.69±7.83)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,观察组学生对教学的“喜欢”度为83.33%,明显高于对照组的16.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信辅助联合CBL+TBL教学法在MBBS留学生泌尿外科实习教学教育中具有显著的教学成效,有利于指导实践工作。 Objective To explore the effect of WeChat combined with case-based learning(CBL)and team-based learning(TBL)in improving the teaching quality of urology practice in Bachelor of Medicine&Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)international students.Methods A total of 24 MBBS international students started urology practice in the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from January 2018 to March 2021 were randomly divided into the observation group(n=12)and the control group(n=12).The observation group were given WeChat combined with CBL+TBL teaching,and the control group were given conventional clinical teaching.At the end of the internship,written examinations of basic theory and case analysis were used to evaluate students'mastery of teaching content,questionnaires were used to investigate teaching satisfaction,and t-test was used to analyze and compare differences in teaching effects.Results The written examination showed that basic theory score,case analysis score and total score in the observation group were(79.67±10.21)points,(87.08±5.71)points and(84.12±6.96)points,which were significantly higher than those in the control group as(68.42±12.46)points,(68.88±6.72)points and(68.69±7.83)points,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The questionnaire survey showed that"like"degree in the observation group was 83.33%,which was significantly higher than that of 16.67%in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion WeChat combined with CBL+TBL has a significant effect in the urology practice teaching and education in MBBS international students,which is conducive to guiding practice.
