高性能混凝土在自然通风高位收水冷却塔工程中的应用

摘要 通过研究混凝土原材料的性能,经过多次试配来确定高性能混凝土各种掺合料的最佳掺入比例,并借助粉煤灰、硅灰的双掺技术和碎石的二级配技术解决在原材料性能不理想的情况下配制高性能混凝土的难题。满足了沿海特定环境下对混凝土抗渗、抗冻等耐久性高性能混凝土的要求,论证用强度等级为42.5的水泥配制C45中等强度高性能混凝土的可行性。 This article mainly studies the performance of the existing raw materials,and determines the optimal mixing ratio of various admixtures of high-performance concrete through multiple trial preparations,and uses the double admixture of fly ash and silica fume technology and the secondary mixing of crushed stone technology to solve the problem of formulating high-performance concrete when the raw material performance is not ideal.It meets the requirements of concrete high-performance concrete such as impermeability and frost resistance under the specific coastal environment,which proves that C45 medium-strength high-performance concrete,can be prepared with 42.5 strength grade cement.
