基于BIM技术的住宅工程施工安全管理探析

Analysis on Construction Safety Management of Residential Engineering Based on BIM Technology

伴随着经济的不断发展,基于信息技术与计算机技术演变形成的BIM技术,其作为可视化技术,进而在建筑工程施工之中得到广泛的应用,并且也可以满足施工管理的实际要求。作为建筑施工单位,通过BIM技术的使用,将原本的平面图纸直接转化成为三维模型,然后在现实设备上基于可视化方式加以呈现,这样不仅可以满足施工安全管理的需求,同时对于建筑工程施工发展也能够提供安全保障。论文就BIM技术下的住宅工程施工安全管理进行分析,希望可以对今后的施工安全管理提供一定的参考价值。

With the continuous development of economy,BIM Technology Based on the evolution of information technology and computer technology,as a visualization technology,has been widely used in construction engineering,and can also meet the actual requirements of construction management.As a construction unit,through the use of BIM Technology,the original plane drawings are directly transformed into three-dimensional models,and then presented on the real equipment based on visualization,which can not only meet the needs of construction safety management,but also provide security for the development of construction engineering.Therefore,this paper analyzes the construction safety management of residential engineering under BIM technology,hoping to provide some reference value for the future construction safety management.
