摘要
介绍了清洁型固定层间歇煤气化合成氨生产技术开发与集成的背景及主要技术内容。从有组织大气污染物排放情况、无组织大气污染物排放情况、大气中挥发性有机物有组织排放情况等3个方面,对清洁型固定层间歇煤气化合成氨生产技术与新型煤气化合成氨生产技术进行了对比和分析,结果表明两种合成氨生产技术的大气污染物排放水平基本相当。
The background and main technical contents of the development and integration of clean fixed bed intermittent coal gasification synthetic ammonia production technology are introduced.The clean fixed bed intermittent coal gasification synthetic ammonia production technology and the new coal gasification synthetic ammonia production technology are compared and analyzed from the three aspects:organized air pollutant emission,unorganized air pollutant emission and organized emission of volatile organic compounds in the atmosphere.The results show that the air pollutant emission levels of the two synthetic ammonia production technologies are basically the same.
