摘要
大型尿素装置中的高压设备尿素合成塔、汽提塔、甲铵冷凝器、高压洗涤器处于高温、高压和强腐蚀介质的工况下,极易发生腐蚀泄漏。详细介绍了国内大型尿素装置中的4种高压设备在运行过程中出现的腐蚀泄漏情况及采取的维护、保养措施。采用宏观腐蚀检测、涡流检测、超声波探伤、磁感应检测等综合检测手段对尿素高压设备进行维修检测与缺陷评估,可确保大型尿素装置长周期稳定运行。
The urea reactor, stripping tower, ammonium carbamate condenser and high-pressure scrubber of high-pressure equipment in large-scale urea plant are prone to corrosion leakage under the working conditions of high temperature, high pressure and strong corrosive medium. The corrosion leakage during operation of the four kinds of high-pressure equipment in domestic large-scale urea plant and the maintenance measures taken are introduced in detail. Adopting comprehensive testing methods such as macro-corrosion testing, eddy current testing, ultrasonic testing, magnetic induction testing, for maintenance testing and defect assessment of urea high-pressure equipment can ensure long-period stable operation of large-scale urea plant.
