Design of an Integrated Online Platform for Skills Training Room Management in Higher Vocational Colleges

实训室建设与管理水平是提升高职院校人才培养质量的关键,而提升实训室管理信息化程度将有效提升实训室建设与管理质量。以武汉船舶职业技术学院为例,提出高职院校实训室综合管理平台的功能设计方案,解决高职院校在实训室资源利用、安全管理和绩效考核等管理工作中存在的问题,有效提升高职院校实训室管理质量和管理信息化水平。

The construction and management of skills training room is the key to improve talents training quality in higher vocational colleges,and the application of information technology can effectively improve training room management quality.Taking a higher vocational college Wuhan institute of shipbuilding technology as an example,this paper puts forward the design of an integrated online management platform to solve the problems existing in the skills training room management work,such as resource utilization,safety management and performance evaluation,etc.
