谋略思维在现代高校教育管理中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Strategic Thinking in Modern University Education Management

谋略思维在现代高校教育管理中发挥着举足轻重的作用,然而领导过度依赖经验决策、生搬硬套、墨守成规以及教育管理人员职能模糊、自身能力不足等问题极大地影响了谋略思维作用的发挥。为此,一方面要扭转领导思想观念,坚决打破思维定势、破除直线思维、跳出传统思维,推动谋略思维落地生根;另一方面要加强对教育管理人员的培养,切实发挥其职能作用,助推谋略思维扬帆起航。

Strategic thinking plays an important role in modern university education management.However,the role of strategic thinking is greatly affected by the problems of leaders'overreliance on empirical decision-making,rigid application,adherence to conventions,vague functions of education managers and lack of their own ability.On the one hand,we should reverse the leaders’ideas,resolutely break the thinking set,break the linear thinking,jump out of the traditional thinking,and promote the strategic thinking to take root;on the other hand,we should strengthen the training of educational managers,give full play to their functions,boost strategic thinking and set sail.
