电子疫苗热敏感标签在一带一路环境中的监测效果评价 被引量:2

Evaluation of the monitoring effect of eVVM in the B and R environment

摘要 目的:评价电子疫苗热敏感标签(eVVM)在“一带一路”环境中的监测效能。方法:采用随机数字表法抽取不同批次的eVVM标签80个,将其与4种类型共400个疫苗温度指示标签(VVM)分配到“丝绸之路经济带”和“21世纪海上丝绸之路”两个实验环境中进行模拟监测实验,同时在实验环境中放置温度记录仪。采用Wilcoxon秩和检验比较eVVM监测结果与温度记录仪及VVM标签的监测结果。结果:在两个实验环境中的高温(37~43℃)温度下,两种监测方法所得结果的四分位数间距相近,但在低温(-8~-14℃)温度下eVVM标签测得结果的四分位数间距分别为0.41和0.82,显著小于温度记录仪测得结果的四分位数间距2.24和2.33,差异有统计学意义(W=4997.50,P<0.001),在高温环境下eVVM标签所记录的温度值低于温度记录仪,差异有统计学意义(W=4740.50,P<0.001),eVVM标签的稳定性和准确度优于温度记录仪。结论:eVVM标签在“一带一路”环境中有良好的监测准确度及稳定性,且具有操作简单直观、可运输以及可数字化实时监测高低温异常的优势。 Objective:To evaluate the monitoring effectiveness of electronic vaccine vial monitor(eVVM)in the"Belt and Road"(B&R)environment.Methods:A total of 80 eVVM labels were randomly selected by random number table method from different batches.They and 400 vaccine vial monitor(VVM)labels of four types were distributed into two experimental environments included"The Silk Road Economic Belt"and"21st-Century Maritime Silk Road"to simulate monitor experiment.At the same time,the temperature recorder was placed in the experimental environment.The Wilcoxon rank sum test was adopted to compare the monitoring results of eVVM monitoring,the temperature recorder and the VVM labels.Results:Under the two experimental environments,the inter-quartile range of the obtained results of two kinds of monitoring methods were near.While the inter-quartile ranges of the obtained results from eVVM label under low temperature were 0.41 and 0.82,which were significantly less than 2.24 and 2.33 of the measured results of temperature recorder(W=4997.50,P<0.001),respectively.The temperature values that were recorded by eVVM label under high temperature environment were significantly lower than those of temperature recorder and the differences of those between two methods were significant(W=4740.50,P<0.001),and the stability and accuracy of eVVM label were better than those of temperature recorder.Conclusion:eVVM label has favorable monitoring accuracy and stability in the B&R environment,and it has series of advantages such as simple and intuitive operation,transportable,and digital real-time monitoring for the abnormity of high and low temperature.
