摘要 目的:探讨基于浏览器与服务器(B/S)架构的医疗设备维修系统应用及信息化管理效果。方法:选取医院临床在用的281台医疗设备维修相关数据,按照医疗设备维修方式的不同,将其分为对照组和研究组。对照组依据常规方式进行医疗设备维修,研究组采用基于B/S架构的医疗设备维修系统进行维修。比较两组设备维修系统的信息化管理效果、医护人员评分及其满意度。结果:研究组故障出现次数及维修总时间均少于对照组,维修效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=15.649,t=16.817,t=10.008;P<0.05);研究组设备损坏风险管理、工程师到达维修现场时间、维修质量以及定期保养与巡检的评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.061,t=14.130,t=14.098,t=13.962;P<0.05);研究组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.034,P<0.05)。结论:基于B/S架构的医疗设备维修系统能显著降低设备维修时间及次数,提升设备维修效率;通过加强信息分享,有助于提升信息化管理水平。 Objective:To explore the application of medical equipment maintenance system based on browser and server architecture and effect of information management.Methods:The data of maintenance of 281 pieces of medical equipment in clinical use were selected and divided into control group and research group before and after the application of maintenance system based on B/S architecture.The control group adopted routine maintenance,the research group adopted medical equipment maintenance system based on B/S architecture.The information management effect,score of medical staff and satisfaction degree between the two groups were compared.Results:The failure frequency and total maintenance time of the research group were less than those in the control group,and the maintenance efficiency was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=15.649,t=16.817,t=10.008;P<0.05).The scores of equipment damage risk management,engineer's arrival time at the site,maintenance quality,and regular maintenance and inspections in the research group were all higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=13.061,t=14.130,t=14.098,t=13.962;P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.034;P<0.05).Conclusion:The medical equipment maintenance system based on the browser and server architecture can significantly reduce the time and frequency of equipment maintenance,improve the efficiency of equipment maintenance,and enhance the level of information management through strengthening information sharing.
