摘要
目的:研究多元合作维修管理模式对医疗设备维修费用、故障频率及服务满意度的影响。方法:选取医院临床在用的8类(医学影像设备、超声诊断设备、多参数监护仪、呼吸机、麻醉机、透析机、手术室设备和输注泵)808台8类常用医疗设备,按照管理模式将其分为对照组(387台)和观察组(421台),对照组采用自主维修及厂家售后管理模式,观察组经优化医疗设备维修路径,建立临床科室、器械科、产品厂家及第三方维修公司的多元合作维修管理模式,运用鱼骨图分析故障原因、维修影响因素,评估风险等级设置管理权重等方法;比较两组8类设备的维修费用、故障频次、维修周期及服务满意度。结果:观察组8类设备维修费用低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=67.793,t=58.576,t=77.351,t=74.581,t=102.260,t=81.424,t=78.772,t=69.320;P<0.05);观察组8类设备故障频次低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=67.116,t=51.714,t=46.148,t=75.587,t=46.072,t=55.922,t=45.917,t=17.866;P<0.05);观察组8类设备维修周期低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=54.650,t=52.410,t=49.867,t=50.183,t=60.600,t=85.924,t=18.771,t=51.526;P<0.05);观察组8类设备服务满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.262,t=12.010,t=10.173,t=19.102,t=7.508,t=12.150,t=7.674,t=12.014;P<0.05)。结论:多元合作维修管理模式可降低医院常用8类医疗设备的维修费用、故障频率及维修周期,提高维修服务满意度。
Objective:To research the influence of multiple cooperative maintenance management mode on medical equipment maintenance cost,failure frequency and service satisfaction.Methods:A total of 808 sets of 8 categories of commonly-used medical equipment in clinical use was selected and divided into control group(387 sets)and observation group(421 sets)based on the management mode.The control group adopted the mode of independent maintenance and manufacturer after-sales management,and the observation group optimized the medical equipment maintenance path and established a diversified cooperative maintenance management pattern of clinical departments,equipment departments,product manufacturers,and third-party maintenance companies.The maintenance cost,failure frequency,maintenance cycle and service satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results:The maintenance cost of 8 categories of equipment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=67.793,t=58.576,t=77.351,t=74.581,t=102.260,t=81.424,t=78.772,t=69.320,P<0.05).The failure frequency of the 8 categories of equipment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=67.116,t=51.714,t=46.148,t=75.587,t=46.072,t=55.922,t=45.917,t=17.866,P<0.05).The maintenance cycle of the 8 categories of equipment in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=54.650,t=52.410,t=49.867,t=50.183,t=60.600,t=85.924,t=18.771,t=51.526,P<0.05).The service satisfaction of the 8 categories of equipment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.262,t=12.010,t=10.173,t=19.102,t=7.508,t=12.150,t=7.674,t=12.014,P<0.05).Conclusion:The multiple cooperative maintenance management mode can reduce the maintenance costs,failure frequency and maintenance cycle of 8 categories of medical equipment commonly used in the hospital and improve service satisfaction.
