医用耗材评价体系及核心指标研究

Research on evaluation system and core index of medical consumables

目的:构建数据运营评价体系评价医院医用耗材运营数据,降低医院医疗成本及风险。方法:采用问卷调查、社会科学统计软件包(SPSS)分析及专家访谈等方法,结合医用耗材数据管理重点与建设情况,筛选医用耗材数据运营评价指标,通过对数据运营评价指标初选、适用性评价、筛选调整及信效度分析,构建数据运营评价体系。结果:医用耗材数据运营评价体系评价指标包括材料消耗收益弹性系数、卫生材料消耗、医疗服务收入、医疗收入、医院收入结构、门诊患者人均耗材费用和耗材支出7项,卫生材料消耗、医疗服务收入和医疗收入3个指标是该体系的核心指标,各指标信效度评价良好,能够对医疗单位的经营能力、盈利能力和风险控制能力进行数据化分析。结论:数据运营评价体系能涵盖医院医用耗材数据运营管理重点,通过运营评价体系评价结果,减少医用耗材使用,降低医院医用耗材支出。

Objective:To establish a data operation evaluation system to evaluate the operation data of medical consumables in hospitals,and to reduce medical costs and risks of hospitals.Methods:A data operation evaluation system was established through the preliminary selection,applicability evaluation,screening and adjustment,and reliability and validity analysis of data operation evaluation indicators by using questionnaire survey,SPSS analysis,expert interviews and other methods,with combining the key points of medical consumables data management and the construction situation,screening medical consumables data operation evaluation indicators.Results:The evaluation indicators of the evaluation system for the operation of data on medical consumables included seven items,elasticity coefficient of material consumption income,consumption of sanitary materials,income from medical services,Medical income,income structure of hospitals,per capita consumable expenses for outpatients and consumables expenditure.The reliability and validity of the indexes were good,which could be able to perform date analyze on the management ability,profit ability and risk control ability of the medical institutions.Conclusion:The data operation evaluation system can cover key points in the operation and management of data on medical consumables in hospitals,and the use and expenditure of medical consumables in hospitals can be reduced through the evaluation results of the operation evaluation system.
