Working principle and common breakdown maintenance of drug target controlled infusion device

分析药物靶控输注(TCI)装置的结构组成和工作原理,根据靶控调节方式不同,分别对开环TCI和闭环TCI的工作原理和功能进行对比分析,分别从软件、硬件方面对TCI装置常见故障进行分析,并形成故障维修路径。经分析发现,闭环TCI故障多来源于反馈信号的采集和传输,开环TCI故障多来源于功能模块;通过信号检测和部件测试,判断故障出处,处理后设备恢复正常。故障维修提示,医学工程技术人员应熟悉设备结构组成和原理,培养规范化故障维修策略,为提高医疗设备临床服务能力奠定基础。

The structure and working principle of drug target controlled infusion(TCI)device were analyzed.According to the different target controlled regulation modes,the principle and function of open-loop TCI and closed-loop TCI were compared and analyzed,and the common faults of TCI device were analyzed from the aspects of software and hardware,and the the fault maintenance path was formed.The closed-loop TCI faults mostly came from the acquisition and transmission of feedback signals,and the open-loop TCI faults mostly came from functional modules.Therefore,the fault source was determined by means of signal detection and component testing,and the equipment resume normal operation after processing.It was suggested that medical engineers should be familiar with structural composition and working principle of equipment,cultivate standardized strategies of fault maintenance,and lay the foundation for improving clinical service ability of medical equipment.
