摘要
依据国家医药行业标准(YY0635.4-2009)和国家标准(GB9706.29-2006),使用Ventest 800型气体流量分析仪对医院10台在用的麻醉机参数进行检测,分析麻醉机潮气量质量控制数据。通过提出可行性解决方案,解决麻醉机在使用过程中潮气量误差过大的问题,将潮气量允许误差由±10%降低至±5%,使麻醉机使用过程中更加安全、可靠、准确和有效。
Based on Pharmaceutical Industry Standard(YY0635.4-2009)and National Standard(GB9706.29-2006),the parameters of 10 sets of anesthesia machines in hospital were measured by using Ventest 800 gas flow analyzer,and the data of tidal volume quality control of anesthesia machines was analyzed.The problem of excessive error of tidal volume in the use of anesthesia machine was solve by proposing a feasible solution by which the allowable error of tidal volume was reduced from±10%to±5%,so that the use of anesthesia machine would be safer,more reliable,accurate and effective.
