摘要 弧形闸门重力矩是影响启闭力的重要因素。从理论上推导了弧门重力、重心和重力矩的解析公式,分析了确定弧门重心的2个参数(半径r_(G)、倾角θ_(G))对启闭力的影响,在此基础上提出了计算弧门重心的简易法,并结合潘口水电站溢洪道和泄洪洞弧门验证了其合理性和优越性。研究结果表明:与经验公式和三维模型的计算结果相比,组合法和旋转法兼具高精度和通用性强突出优点;旋转法比组合法计算更简便,是弧门重心较优的计算方法;重心2个参数中,半径r_(G)误差对弧门启闭力影响较大,倾角θ_(G)误差对弧门启闭力影响较小;简易法适用于无局部加重块的弧门,可以克服旋转法计算复杂的缺点;设计中应综合利用经验公式、旋转法及简易法各自的适用性和优点,以达到高精度高效率的目的。 The gravity moment of radial gate is an important factor affecting the opening and closing force.In this paper,the analytical formulas of gravity,gravity center and gravity moment of radial gate are derived theoretically,and the influence of two parameters of its gravity center(radius r_(G)and inclinationθ_(G))on its opening and closing force are analyzed.On these basis,a simple method for calculating its gravity center is presented.Taking the spillway radial gate and spillway tunnel radial gate of Pankou hydropower station as examples,the rationality and superiority are verified.The results show that compared with the results of empirical formula and 3d model,combination method and rotation method have the advantages of high accuracy and versatility;rotation method is more convenient than the combination method and is an optimal calculation method for gravity center of radial gate.In the two parameters of center of gravity,radius r_(G)has a greater influence on the opening and closing force of radial gate,and inclinationθ_(G)has a less influence on it.The simple calculation formula is suitable for radial gate without local weighting block,which can overcome the disadvantage of complex calculation of rotation method.In order to achieve high precision and efficiency,the applicability and advantages of empirical formula,rotation method and simple method should be comprehensively utilized in the design.
