摘要
提高免疫力是战胜病毒的重要途径。在疫情全球爆发的大背景下,分析免疫系统认识的发展历程及机体免疫功能作用,通过饮食与不同强度的运动锻炼干预免疫系统功能。睡眠质量、饮食结构等方面的改善对提高人体免疫功能有着至关重要的作用。而不同强度的运动则会使免疫系统产生不同的反应。研究认为:低强度的运动锻炼会改善不良情绪产生的影响,从而增强免疫力;推荐进行适时的中等强度运动;长时间的高强度运动会产生免疫抑制,从而使免疫力下降。
Improving immunity is an important way to defeat virus.In the context of the global outbreak of the epidemic,this paper analyzes the development process of the understanding of the immune system and the role of the body's immune function,and then intervenes the immune system function through diet and exercise with different intensity.The improvement of sleep quality and dietary structure plays the most crucial role in improving the body's immune function.Meanwhile,different intensity of exercise will make the immune system produce different reactions.Research shows that low-intensity exercise can improve the impact of bad emotions and enhance immunity;It is recommended to carry out timely moderate intensity exercise;Long time high-intensity exercise will produce immunosuppression,which will reduce immunity.
